As an era of security and wealth for the samurai comes to an end, Ghost of Tsushima begins. The game takes place in 1274, the year of Japan's first Mongol invasion. The brilliant and vicious Mongol ruler Khotun Khan, a fictional figure positioned here as Genghis Khan's grandson, intends to exploit Tsushima Island as a strategic foothold from which to conquer the Japanese mainland. Despite being vastly outmanned, the samurai of Tsushima gather for an all-out assault on the Khan's men, and the majority of them die A young samurai named Jin Sakai, on the other hand, is saved and nursed back to health by a peasant thief named Yuna.
Desperate to save his people, Jin is torn between his uncle's ideals of honour, which dictate that a samurai must always face his enemies openly and fairly, and the lessons Yuna teaches him, which teach him that such honour is a luxury not everyone can afford, and that confronting the Mongol forces head-on can only result in defeat and death. Both lessons are accurate, but both are incorrect. Despite being taught that a samurai must control his emotions, young Jin is far from a stoic hero. We see how difficult the path he walks throughout the game becomes for him since he remains upfront about his sentiments. He's attacked from both the inside and out because he believes a samurai must act in a certain way.One of the games that i have streamed along with played is Ghost of tsushima this game is set in the edo period, this game focusis on a main character that takes you on a journey where his uncle is slaved to honor the main protaginise jin sakai abandons his honor for the greater good of tsushima, this game is third person with a twist of controls that will sometimes confuse you.
